CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Retainer & Cancellation Policy To reserve your appointment, a 25% booking retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your visit. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, and your booking retainer will be transferred to your new appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or in the event of a no-call, no-show, the booking retainer will be forfeited. A new 25% booking retainer will be required to reserve any future appointments. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. This policy helps ensure availability for all guests while respecting the time dedicated to each appointment.
